Dr. Eui K Koh
President, ProtoStar Asia
Dr. Koh manages ProtoStar's Asian operations from its Singapore regional office. Prior to joining ProtoStar, he served from 2003 to 2006 as President of APSCC ("Asia Pacific Satellite Communications Council") which is the premier industry organization for satellite communications and broadcasting. In addition, Dr. Koh served as the President of JB Technologies, a satellite/space and telecommunications consulting firm based in Singapore. He has also held various executive positions at New Skies Satellites and Intelsat Ltd. and has also served as an Advisor to the Electronics Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) of Korea, where he helped to pioneer the early system design of KoreaSat. Dr. Koh holds a Ph. D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Catholic University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Hanyang University.
