Wilson Chen
Director of Technical Support
Mr. Chen has over 15 years experience in satellite ground system engineering, satellite payload management and operations. He joined ProtoStar Asia in February 2008 and is responsible for technical customer and sales support as well as the implementation and operation of ProtoStar's Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Singapore. Prior to joining ProtoStar, Mr. Chen was responsible for NOC operations at Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) as Senior Director of Customer Engineering and Operations. Previously, Mr. Chen worked for MEASAT as Director of Customer Engineering with responsibilities for customer engineering and technical support. Additionally, he was with MAXIS Communications as Head of Satellite Network Engineering with responsibility for satellite ground system engineering. Mr. Chen holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Microelectronics from Campbell University/USA.
